A1:Though, we provide a wide range of skins for the Softphone, but as per our clients' requirement and demand, we are always ready to customize the Softphone with their skin. Either you provide the images of your own choice or our team can design and create it according to your specifications.

A2:Adoresoftphone is designed while keeping today's hi-tech time. It supports only SIP protocol, which is known for its advanced technology.

A3:Adoresoftphone uses Microsoft g723.1 and Microsoft g729 codecs, thus can be used in all versions of Microsoft Windows without the need of external codecs and also provides excellent call quality even in dialup connection.

A4:You may require following Operating System, Hardware Requirement and Network Connection specifically for enjoying an amiable time of talking with Adoresoftphone.

Operating Systems supported:Adoresoftphone operates well on WINDOWS XP, WIN NT4, WIN 2000, WIN 2003 but does not show excellent performance on Linux, Unix and Macintosh.

Hardware Requirement: Adoresoftphone requires full duplex sound card with microphone as well as good quality speakers.

Network Connection: For network connection it requires SIP server to register the Adoresoftphone and minimum 6.3k bandwidth to make a trouble-free call.

A5:AdoresoftPhone allows you to speak over Internet with any desktops, notebooks, PDAs, stand-alone IP-phones and even with any conventional landline and mobile phones. It supports SIP industry standards, and is fully inter-operable with most major Internet Telephone Service Provider (ITSP) and VOIP software and hardware. It offers excellent call quality at nominal charges in comparison to traditional calls.

A6:Adoresoftphone operates well on WINDOWS XP, WIN NT4,WIN 2000, WIN 2003 but does not show excellent performance on Linux, Unix and Macintosh.

A7:If Adoresoftphone does not start up properly, check the following:

  1. Other audio recording or playing software should be turned off.
  2. Other SIP software such as NetMeeting or Windows Messenger should not run.

A10: G.729 is a high complexity algorithm, and G.729A (also known as G.729 Annex-A) is a medium complexity variant of G.729 with slightly lower voice quality. All platforms that support G.729 also support G.729A.

Adore Softphone comes with G.729 codec.

A11: G.729 Annex-B is a high complexity algorithm, and G.729A Annex-B is a medium complexity variant of G.729 Annex-B with slightly lower voice quality. The difference between the G.729 and G.729 Annex-B codec is that the G.729 Annex-B codec provides built-in IETF voice activity detection (VAD) and Comfort Noise Generation (CNG).

Adore Softphone comes with G.729 codec.

A15: The email support is free. The phone support is $20 per hour with minimum 30 minutes. Monthly support contract is $350 that allows unlimited phone support. Yearly support contract is $2940 that allows unlimited yearly support that is 30% saving over monthly contact.

A16: We provide support over phone, email, and Instant Messaging. It's depends on clients preferences and support contract. Only email support is free.

A17: We have a highly trained programming team to do all different kind of customization. After we receive the customization request, we analyze the work and send number of hours it will take and the delivery date. Once the client agrees on number of hours, we start working on the customization.

A1:Adore Voip Billing system is on-line prepaid and postpaid billing system. Adore Voip Billing system is web based, user friendly and easily manageable Voip Billing system.

A2:Adore VoIP Billing is meant for PC to Phone, IP Phone/Device (like Sipura) to Phone,.

A3:Hardware requirements:- Pentium 4 (2.1 GHZ), Dual CPUs with memory 2 GB RAM.
Software requirements:- Windows 2000 Server (SP4)/Windows 2003 Server Standard/ Windows 2003 Server Enterprise with IIS installed and
Database: MS- SQL Server 2000 (SP3a)

A4:Adore Voip Billing requires 256Kbps.

A5:Installation of Adore Voip Billing system will be done remotely via remote desktop connection / VNC or any other remote access application.

A6:Installation time depends on the nature of customization required.However it will not exceed 5 days at the maximum. On an average we have finished the Installation in 2-3 days

A7:Yes you will be provided with all the User manuals along with the solution. These manuals will guide you in better understanding of the solution .

A8:Yes

A9:It has been successfully deployed and tested with Cisco and Quintum voice gateways.

A10:Active/running calls can be easily monitored through web interface, for this user simply has to click on the active calls option in Prepaid Card menu.

A11:First add a Rate Plan after that add Rates, then define country code & country name, , charge per call(this is surcharge), add first billing increment like 60sec.(this is duration of first call length ), add Rate per minute(this is charge per minute), & at last add slab length like 30sec.(this duration mean if client disconnect the call with in 30 sec. the charges apply only for 30sec. & if its exceeds from 30sec. then charges apply for 60sec.).

A12:Slab length is a call charge duration, Suppose slab length duration is 30sec and billing increment is 60sec, if client disconnect the call with in 30 sec. the charges apply only for 30sec. & if its exceeds from 30sec. then charges apply for 60sec.

A13:Translation rule is a prefix.

A1:Radius provides three network services:

  • Authentication
  • Authorization
  • Accounting

All of these known as AAA.
These services give network managers an easy way to:
Identify remote users, and Control which users can access the network (authentication).
Define what each user can do by controlling access resources (authorization)
Track what resources each user consumes in order to bill them for services (accounting).

A1:Adore Softswitch runs on Linux for SIP Server and for billing purpose it requires MS Windows. SIP-Server is a Linux based Softswitch with modular and sophisticated architecture, which is designed in the most customized way to keep abreast with the changing needs of telecom industry.

A2:Hardware Requirments:

Pentium 4 ( 2.1 GHZ ) with memory 1 GB RAM for SIP Proxy.
Pentium 4 (2.1 GHZ), Dual CPUs with memory 2 GB RAM for Billing Server

Software Requirments:

     1. Sip Proxy (SER)

OS: Fedora Core 3 (Heidelburg) /Fedora Core 2 (Tettnang), gcc,bison, flex.
      or
       Red Hat Linux Version: 9 (shrike), gcc,bison, flex.

      2. Billing Server
   OS: Windows 2000 Server (SP4)/Windows 2003 Server Standard/Windows
2003 Server Enterprise with IIS installed.
   Database: MS- SQL Server 2000 (SP3 a)

A3:Installation of Adore Softswitch will be done remotely via SSH connection / Putty for Sip Proxy and remote desktop connection / VNC or any other remote access application for Billing system

A4:Required Ports are as follows:.
